Directions
Pour 3 cups of water into a pan; - Add 4 teaspoons of Kashmiri Tea and 5 teaspoons of sugar and place the pan on the heat; - Boil for 5 minutes and stir gently; - Remove the pan from heat and add 1 cup of cold water and stir continuously; - Place the pan back onto the heat and allow for 3 to 4 boils; - Add 1 cup of milk, green cardamon and allow further one boil; - Finally add ground pistachios / almonds
