How To Brew- Put one teabag in a mug or cup, Pour freshly boiled water (heating pre boiled water will reduce oxygen content and thus reduce health benefits and taste), Add milk and sugar per taste, Stir to release the flavours until your required strength and colour is achieved. Stirring tea bag around will release more flavour than squeezing the bag, remove teabag and enjoy.
